Your privacy
Last updated October 2026This policy explains what information Skyway Dash ("the game", "we") collects when you play on iPhone, Android or at skywaydash.app, and how it is used.
No account, no personal details
You don't sign up to play. We don't ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your best score and sound settings are saved only on your device.
Leaderboards
If you choose to use leaderboards, your score is sent to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games under your existing account with them. Their privacy policies apply to that data. Until those services are connected, the in-game table shows sample scores so you can see where a score would sit.
Advertising
The game is free because it shows ads. Our ad partners, including Google AdMob and other networks it works with, may collect:
- your device's advertising identifier
- your IP address and approximate location (country or city level)
- device type, operating system and language
- which ads you saw or tapped
This is used to show ads, limit how often you see the same one, measure results and prevent fraud. In the UK and EU we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. On iPhone, Apple asks whether the game may track you; if you say no, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
Game statistics
We use Google Firebase to understand how the game is played: for example how long runs last, which district players reach and whether the game crashes. This data is not linked to your name and is used only to improve the game and its difficulty.
Children
Skyway Dash is a general-audience game. Players under 13 are only shown non-personalised ads, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete information about you, or object to how it is used. Because we hold no account data, most requests are handled by resetting your advertising ID or deleting the game. For anything else, email privacy@skywaydash.app. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
